Shelf Life: 6-9 Months (VACUUM PACKED)

Directions for Use:

Mix 50 grams of Pizza Dough Blend with 1 kg of refined flour (maida), 0.6 kg of water, and 10 grams of oil. Knead well to form a smooth, elastic dough, ensuring not to over-knead or contaminate the mixture. Place the dough in a pan and allow it to retard-proof under cold conditions (0–4°C) for 12–24 hours. After fermentation, stretch the dough into a pizza pan, apply sauce, add vegetables and cheese as desired, and bake in an impinger oven until golden and fully cooked.
