HPLC is a powerful analytical technique used to determine the potency of a product, commonly referred to as the Assay. It measures the active content available in the product, which is crucial for ensuring efficacy.
Raw Material Analysis: Raw materials are tested for their active content responsible for therapeutic efficacy.
Finished Product Consistency: HPLC is used for fingerprinting, a method that ensures batch-to-batch consistency in the final product.
Aflatoxins: These are highly toxic carcinogens and mutagens produced by molds, particularly Aspergillus species. Regular testing ensures our products are free from such contaminants.
We ensure that both Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) are thoroughly tested and free from hazardous substances, making all our products safe for human consumption.
LCMS is an advanced analytical method that can detect and quantify molecules at extremely low levels—up to Parts Per Billion (PPB).
Pesticide Residue Analysis: Since Ayurvedic and herbal preparations often include plant-based ingredients, they can be exposed to insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides. Our LCMS system is used to screen and qualify such residues to ensure they meet the acceptance criteria for both RM and FG.
Advanced Qualification: LCMS is one of the most modern techniques for pesticide analysis and compound qualification. We take pride in having this advanced equipment in our Quality Control (QC) Laboratory, which reinforces our confidence in the safety and quality of our products.
Quantification: It provides precise quantitative analysis of active molecules, ensuring high standards through world-class testing capabilities.
Our Microbiology Laboratory is dedicated to the culturing, examination, and identification of microorganisms including bacteria, fungi, and yeasts. While some microbes are harmless, others can spoil products, produce toxins, and cause diseases.
Microbiological testing is essential to quickly identify contaminants and ensure that all raw materials and finished goods are free from harmful microorganisms.
Tests conducted in our lab include:
TAMC – Total Aerobic Microbial Count
TYMC – Total Yeast and Mold Count
Pathogen Detection – E. coli, Coliforms, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella, etc.
All raw materials and finished products are rigorously tested against the above parameters to ensure microbiological safety and compliance.
