Shelf Life: 6 Months

Directions for Use:

Chill the product to be breaded to 3–4°C. For frozen products, rinse briefly under running water to crack the surface ice and slightly raise the surface temperature. For tempura applications, first apply the seasoned pre-dust as directed, then coat with tempura batter prepared by diluting 1 kg of batter mix with 1.5 liters of chilled water. Deep-fry the coated product at 180°C until fully cooked and golden brown.
